We do not recruit from our clients, nor do we encourage anyone to leave their current position. In fact, we provide career counseling prior to initiating a job search to ensure candidates have exhausted all possibility of working out concerns and alternatives with their current employers.
Because your business is your business, MATRIX searches are confidential. To that end, we always receive consent before forwarding a candidate’s resume to a client.
When a candidate is presented with a job opportunity from us, he or she can be sure it is an authentic opportunity. MATRIX advertises and presents only real opportunities and does so while conducting business in a professional manner.
