You may enroll by submitting the Insurance Enrollment Form within 30 days of your hire date.
Optional Group Term Life
As a full-time employee, you may purchase additional term life insurance for yourself, your spouse and/or your children. These rates from Greater Georgia Life are very affordable. Participation is entirely voluntary, convenient, and portable to you.
As an employee, you may select additional amounts of $25,000, $50,000, $75,000, $100,000, $125,000, $150,000, $175,000, or $200,000. In addition, your spouse is eligible for 50% of the amount you elect. Your child(ren) are eligible for 10% of what you elect, up to $10,000 of coverage (age 14 days to six months is limited to $500). These amounts can be guaranteed issued, meaning there is no medical questionnaire, with certain participation requirements.
