Utilizing the Stage Five table on your CareerCHART model worksheet (407k pdf), synthesize and enter the information you’ve learned about yourself in the previous four CareerCHART stages. Then, determine whether each Career Path will fulfill your Requirements with a “Yes” or No”. Also, rate each Career Path on the likelihood that your Desirables will be satisfied with a “High”, “Medium”, or “Low”.
You have completed your personal CareerCHART Model—a model of your position requirements, unique skills, career interests, and preferences. This will be your reference page. Use it when searching for positions on the MATRIX Web site and when evaluating offers. Keep in mind, your CareerCHART Model may change over time, thus you should revisit it periodically.
