As with most people, Bill Hickman has been many things over the course of his career. At various times he has been a busboy, a nurse’s aide, a Bosun’s Mate and an officer in the Navy, a writer, a political analyst, an international negotiator, a diplomat, a teacher, Captain of a US Navy ship, a project manager, a manager, and a singer.
