All vendors must be aware of and adhere to the following criteria when submitting each prospective candidate:
- The easiest way to work with MATRIX is to search our jobs and submit candidates through our Web site www.MyMATRIXJobs.com.
- A MATRIX recruiter will contact you if we wish to submit your candidate to one of our jobs
- Candidate must have two years minimum of U.S. experience.
- Candidate must have U.S. managerial references.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills
- MATRIX will not sponsor visas.
- MATRIX does not pay interviewing expenses.
- The hourly rate must be in line with the rate published on our consulting opportunities.
If you become approved as a third party vendor, MATRIX will provide a username and password for you to access the Subcontractor Login section of this Web site. This access will enable you to view all of the eligible consulting subcontract opportunities available to your candidate.
