Atlanta Magazine Recognizes MATRIX for Culture of Work-Life Balance
ATLANTA (June 1, 2004) – Information Technology staffing and services firm MATRIX Resources, Inc., is featured in the June issue of Atlanta Magazine as one of Atlanta’s “Best Places to Work.” The magazine’s special cover story profiled “75 Great Atlanta Companies” that career counselors and industry experts said offer a work environment where one can satisfy career goals and “realize your dreams.”
MATRIX was recognized for promoting a culture of work-life balance through job sharing, flex time, extended maternity and paternity leave and paid adoption leave. The company has six job share teams whereby two individuals work alternating three- and two-day weeks.
