Tom Kapish
Vice President | Vice President Tom Kapish spearheaded the launch of MATRIX Professional Services in 2004 and has overall responsibility for client solutions delivery for MATRIX Telecom Services as well as the internal Information Technologies organization. His responsibilities include developing our services practices, technology advancement, and building vendor partnerships.
Tom previously served as VP of Corporate Operations, responsible for setting strategic direction and tactical management of the operating divisions in support of the growth and expansion of the company's business lines.

| Tom served as the Group Operations Manager in the Technical Operations at the Coca-Cola Company for eight years providing technology solutions worldwide in support of new product packaging initiatives. Prior to that he was Manager of Software Development and Professional Services team lead for Modular Computer Systems, Inc. He managed the implementation of real-time, process control technology solutions in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors for NASA and companies such as JPL, Alcoa, and Daimler-Benz in the U.S and Europe. |

Sean brings 16+ years of strong client relationship know-how, deep IT/project implementation methodology experience, and high quality delivery skills to his position. Sean has expertise in CRM, Call Center Strategy and Technology, Web Applications, Service Provisioning, Billing, Service Activation and Assurance, and Order Management.

He brings 20+ years of strong client relationship know-how, deep IT project implementation methodology experience, and high quality Web site / application / portal delivery skills to his position. Greg has 15 years experience running enterprise level professional services practices for large application vendors and systems integrators. His expertise includes business performance management, customer care and billing, business intelligence and data warehousing, business and technical strategy, application, methodology, education development and delivery. Greg has successfully led the delivery of hundreds of IT project implementations and offers a proven track record of successful project delivery at MATRIX.

Regional Business Development Manager, Dave Berry has extensive experience developing and leading IT consulting practices that serve the Telecom, Financial Services, and Manufacturing and Retail verticals. His expertise spans two decades and includes all stages of IT service sales and delivery for EDS, James Martin & Co., Idea Integration, Transoft, and Workbrain.
Dave’s hands-on experience includes management consulting, business development, software development, enterprise software implementation, and finance and budget management. His Project Management expertise has been certified by the Project Management Institute. Chad Westfall

| Architect/Developer, Chad Westfall has successfully architected and delivered cost effective business solutions for MATRIX Clients from both the open source and proprietary community. He strives to deliver the right solution based on customer requirements and budget—his main goal is Client satisfaction and Client return on investment. Chad has extensive architecture and new product development expertise. He draws from over 10 years of Web application development experience, including nine based in the Java/JEE and open source arena. He also has six years experience as a Specialist in Agile development practices and is Scrum Master Certified. Since joining MATRIX four years ago, Chad has been instrumental in the refinement of our software development methodology. He has introduced productivity enhancing frameworks and tools to MATRIX Professional Services.
