Invoicing

Do I have to submit an invoice to be paid?
All incorporated consultants must submit an invoice with their time sheet in order for payment to be made in a timely manner.

What information do I need to have on my invoice?
Invoices need to have the following information to be processed:
    • Incorporated name
    • Invoice number (must be different for each pay period)
    • Period worked
    • Consultant name
    • Hours worked in the period
    • Total invoice amount
There are numerous software programs that can assist you with the design, layouts, and tracking of your invoices if needed.

When should I submit my invoice?
Invoices should be submitted by fax along with time sheets by the end of each two-week time period. Please refer to the fax numbers on the time sheet page.

What happens if my time sheet/invoice is late?
You are ultimately responsible for the prompt submission of your time sheets and invoices. MATRIX will not advance any funds to corporations for late time sheets so it is VERY important that this be your utmost priority. Accounts Payable is run every week. If we do not receive your invoice in time, we will process your invoice with the next A/P cycle, during the next week*.

* This information is based on a general company-wide average. All signed contract materials take precedence over the information contained here, and therefore, payment may take longer than the next weekly payables run.
