Data can be presented in a spreadsheet, bar graph, pie chart, narrative, or pivot table format, depending on the nature of the report. Reporting is divided into four categories:
| Delivered Reports – A fixed set of approximately three dozen commonly requested reports.

| Standard Reports – An ever-increasing set of approximately 50 commonly requested reports that can be run on a real-time basis.

| Configured Reports – A set of specialized reports that meet a company's specific needs. Based on user input, these reports are designed during the configuration process and run each time a user enters the reporting module of the application.

| Ad hoc Reports – An infinite combination of criteria can be easily and logically accessed and selected to construct a report for any data point in the VMS. |
