A set of specialized reports that meet a company's specific needs. Based on user input, these reports are designed during the configuration process and run each time a user enters the reporting module of the application. These reports can be easily customized "on the fly" and supported with color charts, graphs, and tables. Configured reports can be saved in your personal folder or saved in a shared folder that can be restricted on a user-by-user basis. Configured reports can be viewed, printed, downloaded, or e-mailed. The MATRIX Managed Services help desk is fully trained to respond to any configured reports requests.
