MATRIX Prime Provider Program (P3)
 For many years MATRIX has recognized the business and social value of utilizing Minority, Women, and Disabled Veteran-owned business enterprises (MBE/WBE/DVBE). We utilize a vast network of more than 400 client subcontract partners, and literally thousands of firms via our VMS agreements, to help our clients secure hard-to-find talent, provide opportunities to MBE/WBE/DVBE organizations, as well as add to the quality and size of our overall candidate pool.
MATRIX requires all P3 partners to carry liability, workers compensation, and auto insurance. In addition, our P3 contract protects your intellectual property, reduces your co-employment exposure, eliminates duplicate submittals, and allows for uniform contract-to-permanent conversions.
MATRIX subcontracts a client-designated portion of business to our MBE/WBE/DVBE suppliers through our established automated tracking systems and we offer reports detailing the percentage of client spend with MATRIX MBE/WBE/DVBE partners.
The quality of submitted candidates must remain superior regardless of source. Thus, MATRIX MBE/WBE/DVBE partners are evaluated using the same tools as all of our subcontract partners. MATRIX measures the ongoing service levels and the quality of referred candidates sourced by all of our partners. Additionally, our MBE/WBE/DVBE partners are required to produce annually documentation validating their current MBE/WBE/DVBE certification. |
