MATRIX performs a variety of internal tracking via our shared Lotus Notes system. Through this system, we track key client and candidate activity for each client and for the company as a whole, including:

  • Number of candidates presented to a specific position
  • Number of candidates rejected
  • Number of candidates interviewed
  • Number of candidates placed
These types of metrics help MATRIX to assess the job each Associate is doing in accurately matching candidates to a client’s requirements. Associates and management track these numbers on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure we are providing the highest level of quality service to our clients.
