MATRIX uses a variety of personal and technical tests to determine the suitability of a candidate. We assess all candidates in a variety of ways, including:
- Face-to-face interviews: More than 90% of our candidates have been personally interviewed onsite at MATRIX.

- Technical skills assessment testing.

- When requested, drug and background checks
We partner with two companies , QWIZtek and Prove It!, to provide the latest computer-based testing available to help us qualify new candidates. We currently use over 80 tests to measure current skills proficiency – not potential. The tests use actual program code and compare each candidate to others who have taken the test. |
